As I am trying to write this post, “Back to the Future-II” is playing on TV, the newspaper is lying on my lap and my fingers are gliding over the keyboard trying to find the right words. Its 8:30 AM on a lazy Sunday morning and I am sitting here. Looking out of my window I see a clear, blue sky awash with sunlight and dotted with nice fluffy, cotton-ball like clouds; I see the trees and the houses looking fresh and bathed after the light showers from last night.At such a time as this, I don’t have to look very far for a blessing. The blessing lies in just being - being alive and being able to sit here without a care, even if it is for a short while, and enjoy this beautiful morning without even having to get out of my room.
Also, as a lesser blessing, I got myself my first digital camera this week. I have wanted to buy a camera since I was a child, and take some really beautiful pictures. Well, the first part is taken care of; hopefully the second part takes care of itself. Going by the two pictures that I am putting up this week, I have a lot of work to do, but I hope to get better.
