BYBS : Positivity

Last week was not a great one for me.

I had problems on almost every front of my life - work, health, personal etc. etc.

So, when I sat down to write a BYB post, I felt like saying that since there was really no silver lining to these clouds, I would just pass BYB this week. But then, I thought a little more - and this is a good thing about BYB, it makes me think about problems in a different way - and I realised that there was indeed a blessing in all of this.

The blessing was the realisation that all of my problems were solvable. All I had to do was sit down, make a few decisions, plan some things, organize a few others and most of my problems could go away. I guess that is true for most of us. Agreed that there are some problems that are beyond our control, but the way we deal with these problems is purely on us.

If we allow the problems to take control, we might end up being miserable and sad, but if we look at the problems as nothing more than mere nuisance, that will go away eventually, we can deal with them better. I guess it can be said that all we have to do is stay positive and do the best we can. After all, those are the only things we can control.

So, here I am, wishing everyone a problem free, positive week ahead.

Problems can overwhelm. The dark clouds can seem to have lives of their own. I've been reading the Tao and trying to find ways to see such situations differently--as problems rather than as the nature of my life.

Hope the clouds blow out of your horizon.

Happy BYB Sunday.

Every so often, you have to prioritize, stop being overwhelmed, and just say "This Is The Path I MUST Take" and be done with as if it's a foregone conclusion... like you did... and I'm glad things are looking better!

I am convinced there is something weird going on in the Universe as virtually everyone I know including us had a hard few days last week. I love your outlook on it, and I think if we all tried to see things a bit differently we would be better off or at least less miserable. Happy BYB Sunday!

I have come to love BYB Sunday - it is the one post I try and make whatever else I do - or don't do. I find it calming, grounding and positive and comforting. An oasis of calm in a chaotic world.

I am glad you found your silver lining.

Happy BYB Sunday and I hope you have a much better week.

Its hard to make ourselves quit worrying and start taking action to change things. Sometimes problems can appear so overwhelming. May your week ahead be untroubled and worry free.

Problem free week? Is there such a thing?

If it doesn't kill you, it makes you stronger.

Happy BYBS.

BYBS helps a lot in focusing on the good things in our life, even if we are faced with difficulties.

If a problem free week is not possible, I wish you a peaceful week then.
