India Smiles...

Finally, I get a story in print. A year ago, I would have given anything to make that possible. The book currently is not available in the small town I live in. So, I got a friend to deliver it to me. I was waiting for it eagerly and couldnt wait to get my hands on the package. But as soon as I held it in my hands, for some reason, all charm for it was gone.

Life is like that. When one does not have anything, even the smallest thing means a lot to him. But, as he starts to get to his goals, the little pleasures that once constituted the major portion of his life seem child like and frivolous. He wants more and more, till he is himself confused as to what he wants. In this regard something that I read somewhere comes to mind: " The perfect gift of an artist is to know when to stop."

If Leonardo da Vinci had not stopped and gone ahead to paint the eyebrows on Mona Lisa, who knows if it would have been as famous as it is now. So, the trick, I think, is to enjoy what you have, plan for what you want and then work to make your dreams come true.

Is this your book? I tried to find it on Amazon.com & it's not there. :(
I have no doubt that you're already a successful writer, but that you will perfect your skill even more. You deserve all the success in life.
